Maintaining strength while cutting is 99% hard but u r different individual so u might not loose any strength or u loose dramatically. Fat loss depends upon ur overall macros, well balanced and clean nutrition with hard workout u might lose 1% fat every week

  590. S: And sir same question, if i take any meal containing 60g carb,10g fat and 30g protein ( not egg). Then i take 1 or 1.5 hrs rest. After resting I go for workout. And during workout I take BCAA. Then, for how much hrs i can continuing my workout ??? At the same time protecting my muscle. Bcoz if i take BCAA also there has to be a time limit to keep body in anabolic. I cant do hrs and hrs workout using BCAA.
