Ashish Gourav: गुरुमान मै पहले triceps मार लेता था एक बार triceps practice करते समय मेरे left shoulder में एक खिंचाव आया और एक मोच जैसा आ गया था , मैंने बॉडी को रेस्ट दिया , मै अब सब कुछ practice कर पाता हु पर जब भी reebok या triceps में skullcrushers , या वैसे कोई भी exercise करता हु तो मेरे left shoulder में वैसा ही feel होता है जैसा एक rope पकड़ के दोनों हाथो से और पूरा 360 डिग्रीज घुमा लिया हो front से लेके back तक. triceps ग्रो भी नहीं हो पा रहा . please help me . aap hi ho jiski baaton pe thora trust hota hai

Wheneva I did lat pull downs, I always wished there was a way to have more pressure by adding more weight on my left lat but that was unfortunately not possible.. But this exercise certainly provides that freedom.. Would you advise me to add more weight on my smaller lat.. Will it really work and make my smaler lat look like my other lat?
