Benson Harison: nope 1roti has 20 around carbs if you take 2roti in lunch n dinner that is around 80+carbs it will make u fat but if you are doing regular cardio n weight training it wont! but without exercise it will.. i usually eat oats in morning almonds or channa in snack 2roti daal dahi in lunch then workout after that whey protien(6pm) and around 8pm i take egg whites or paneer.... lunch depends on if im still feeling hungry then ill usually take 1 roti daal paneer or just raw veggies with paneer on it! actually if you increase protien in your diet instead of carbs or fat it will help u lose fat protiens keep your stomach full for a long time i.e you wont feel hungry soon enough just multiply your body weight x 0.8 and take that many gram of protien per day! you will lose weight guaranteed also dont do only cardio.. weight training and cardio after that is much better

Freeda Birda: +Tushar Baluni Conventional modern fitness (from USA) is no different from ancient fitness innovated in India, Middle East and China...except in ancient civilizations, people ate a lot of carbs and still maintained physique because they worked 8-9  hours in the field each day (unless you were a royal - who were indeed fat and ugly). Today's civilization, we work in the desk 8 hours a day and workout only 1 hour, so we need to restrict the carbohydrates (and bad fats and fried food) in order to maintain physique. Good body is 70 percent diet and 30 percent exercise (out of which 50 percent is cardio and 50 percent is strength training). Rest is important too (8 hours of sleep a day). Follow that and you will get a 6 pack in 6 months.

Laku By Sunkee LBS: भाई आपकी जानकारी अच्छी लगी। मेने बहुत से यूट्यूब वीडियो देखें पर एक बात का जवाब अभी तक नही मिला वो ये है कि हमारे कस्बे में एक gym है। हम सभी गाँव के लड़के ही जाते है वहा। हमको diet और प्रोटीन की a b c d भी नही पता है। सुबह नाश्ते में आधा लीटर दूध उसके बाद भोजन में 6-7 रोटी सब्ज़ी या दाल के साथ फिर दोपहर में दही के साथ एक दो रोटी और फिर शाम को 6-7 रोटी और सोने से पहले आधा लीटर दूध यही डाइट है हमारी। इस डाइट के साथ भी हमारे ग्रुप के 4 बंदे ऐसे जिनकी बॉडी काफी अच्छी है मतलब की आंकड़ो में देखो तो बाइसेप की साइज 16 इंच चेस्ट 43 और कमर 32 है। कोई fat नही बॉडी में। अब मुझे ये समझ मे नही आता इन सब यूट्यूब वीडियो को देख के की रोटी क्यो नही खानी चाहिए। जिन भाइयो ने कमेंट किया है उन्होंने भी अपने आस पास देखे होंगे रोटी खाने वाले बंदे जिनकी बॉडी अच्छी और फिट होगी।

Gluten(madida) is a kind of protein which our body doesn't absorb and it sticks into our intestines and can cause serious health problems. It’s a who’s who of antinutrients, complete with inflammatory agglutinin, FODMAPs (sugars that feed bad gut bacteria), allergy-inducing amylase-trypsin inhibitors, lots of nutrient-sucking phytic acid, and heat-stable lectins that don’t break down when you cook them. And, of course, it gets moldy. A 2011 study found toxic fusarium mold rot in 57% of wheat fields [25]. Wheat is also susceptible to ochratoxin A, a mold toxin that causes kidney and liver cancer and stays in your system for at least 35 days [26]. Plus wheat’s high in pesticides. If you have to have a slice of bread, go for a loaf made from imported European flour, which is lower in gluten, agglutinin, and other inflammatory proteins [27], and lower in pesticides and mold. You can opt for a fermented bread like sourdough to avoid some of the phytic acid, too. Even then, though, there’s no compelling reason to eat wheat. It’s toxic, and you can get all the nutrients it provides from far better sources. White rice is a good, clean source of carbs. It’s almost pure starch. There are no nutrients, but there aren’t any bad things in there either. Long-grain white rice clocks in at about 55 on the glycemic index (table sugar is 100), so it won’t spike your blood sugar too badly. Short-grain white rice is more iffy, with a glycemic rating of about 72. Whichever you choose, you can upgrade the starch in your rice (and make it low-carb) by cooking it with coconut oil, as explained here. Rice is also resistant to mold. The only issue with rice is that it sucks up arsenic from the soil while it grows. That’s an easy fix: before cooking your rice, rinse it with warm water until the water runs clear [24]. You can cook it with extra water and pour the excess off at the end to decrease the arsenic even more.

The Indian Vegan: I am totally not understanding the motive behind this video. 2 rotis is not sufficient even for normal daily activities of a average being who is not doing any kind of training. I eat a lot of veggie protein, rice, rotis atleast 5-6 at one sitting. This video is basically motivating people to do calorie restriction and losing weight in an unhealthy way which is not at all sustainable for long run. Rotis, rice, grains are a great source of energy which our body truely needs to function properly.
