Shoulder press isn't just pushing, you need proper form, proper grip and proper hip movement, the shrug, everything needs to be there to do the shoulder press. It's good that guruman is giving a motivation for all the folks but truth needs to be said: if you want to do some good to your body, then watch some good videos, get the science right.

Mujhe workout karte sirf 8 months hue hai, and I’m still trying hard to participate in your challenge series. But definitely I’ll not be able to compete with those people who’re hitting more than 100-200-1000 reps.
