When you eat you are in a anabolic state after time pass you go to catabolic. Meal frequency doesn't have effect on anything but you have to be in a caloric surplus. Bcaa are useless and if you don't know many bcaa are made of human hairs and feathers.

Db press lagao ya Bb oh press movement aur muscle par tension same hee rehti hai bas width of the grip change hoti hai and the way you were pressing the bar on smith was not shoulder presscuz you need to press the weight a little back upright your traps aap to 'Kuch' reps me bar ko apni upper chest par press kar rahe the it was like a seated upright press for your chest not solely for your shoulder, traps workout jo tha aapka wo bhi was not upto the mark whereas you need to work more on your traps rather than your delts cuz aapka jo skull hai wo sabse heavy part hai aapki body ka and that's totally supported by your traps not your delts.. toh aapne trap workout me to sirf 2 exercise kari thi aur shoulder workout me sirf delts par hee focus kiya whereas traps are far much important than working out your delts
