♦️OVERVIEW:
▪️ Every week you will receive a fitness challenge from me.
Example; Push-ups, Barbell Bench press, Deadlift Challenge, etc. You have to perform the same challenge at your gym or home as suitable for you.
▪️Every week Tseries Team will choose a winner and provide the winner with an achievement and invitation for the finals, which will happen in week 5th.
▪️This fitness challenge series is for 4 weeks with 4 different exercise.
▪️ Every week there will be 4 different winners.
▪️In week 5, all the 4 winners will fight each other for the Final Challenge and best one will win the Series 1 Challenge.

♦️TERMS & CONDITIONS
▪️1. Upload your challenge video on social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram and tag @GuruMann & @tserieshealthandfitness with using hashtags which will be given every week.
▪️2. If you beat Guru Mann’s record then you have to send the same video at contestwithtseries@gmail.com.
▪️3. No editing is allowed in the videos.
▪️4. Tagging & Hashtag is necessary to make your entry valid.
