- 12389h: Drink 2-3 litres of water a day, salads, vegetables, don't give up certain fats like, fruits nuts, milk, give up chocolates, sweets, fizzy drinks, alcohol and try going for a half an hour walk everyday and maybe some intense exercises twice a week. I don't know if you will lose 14kg in 2 months, but hopefully this will help. Of course with everything, you won't see results straight away, but you have to stay patient and motivated.

- anil negi: Mann bhai very good and simple way of preparing foods, but u have made video based on non office goers who can eat 6 meals a day, but normally office goers are able to eat only 3 meals or max 4 meals a day, also office goers are mostly unfit, unlike student or college goers who are normally fit, so pls make some dishes which we can take with us at office as well, thanks once again for this effort bhai.

I am sorry but when i make a pancake, it does not come out as nice as yours. you make it look so easy. :) Please tell me which brand you use. and also, how do you clean the pan. I mean, do you soak it when hot, or let it cool and then wash it or wash it immediately etc. what do you recommend. I get new pans from target/walmart etc but they all get bad after short time. i got a pan from william sonoma this time and it is very good (very expensive though) but it is starting to get sticky. just wondering. i am sorry for requesting answer for such a petty question
