In addition, you probably won't have much energy and it's likely that you'll feel sluggish and lethargic.Eating a little bit below your BMR once in a while won't have a significant negative impact, though. Most likely you won't have energy to exercise. Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) adjust for movement and activity levels also called as maintenance calories. If you eat this amount of calories you will maintain your weight. To gain weight you eat more than your TDEE and to lose weight you eat less. I think you are talking about TDEE ??

Other than that for supps I think only two supps that are really effective are fish oil & vitamin d. I don't know your measurements so can't comment much on ur macro intake but for a thumb rule if you are in calories surplus u will gain wait. To keep it clean keep ur protein intake high. Eggs & chicken will do the job. If veg, then add paneer, chana, rajma to ur diet.
