  169. Bharat Sadhwani: Sirji, I never use market-based products for protein laddoo. Following are the ingredients which I use:- Fresh Dates (Khajoor): 250 gms Almonds: 10 to 12 pcs Cashews: 10 to 12 pcs Walnuts: 3 pcs Roasted Peanuts powder: 50 gms Flaxseeds powder: 1 tsp Chia seeds powder: 1 tsp Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds (white til): 1 tsp Green cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder: a pinch Roasted cumin seeds powder: 1/4 tsp Black raisins: 50 gms Almond oil: 2 tsp Cocoa powder: 2 tsp First, I grind the dates by adding little almond oil. In that mixture. later I add nuts and rest of the ingredients. Take the mixture in the plate and in end, add cocoa powder & mix it well. Later, grease hands with almond oil & roll laddoo of 10 gms to 15 gms per piece. I never use market bought products such as peanut butter (make at home) or honey or any other thing. Would like to ask you whether it is a correct one or not???

"HE SAYS U NEED 180 GRAMS OF PROTEIN A DAY . ITS BAKWAS, BULLSHIT , BROSCIENCE. YOU DO NOT NEED 180 GRAMS OF PROTEIN BEING 180 POUNDS .YOUR BODY CANNOT DIGEST MORE THAN 3O TO 40 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER MEAL. FIRST OFF HE DOESNT REMEMBER TO SAY LEAN BODY WEIGHT , BODY FAT DOES NOT TRANSLATE TO HOW MUCH PROTEIN A PERSON SHOULD TAKE .SO A 200 POUND FAT GUY SHOULD TAKE THE SAME AMOUNT AS A 200 POUND LEAN GUY ? 2) He has been traieraning for 18 years and he still looks like the average gym rat with no significant size who cant even bench 300 pounds and hides his small legs in his trousers ? 3) I bet you anything guys , you take 200 grams of protein a day and you will be very constipated to in the toilet . 4)He forgets to include how much relationa person works and runs errands has to do with protein intake just jumps to conclusion hey if u work out 6 times a day you need 250 grams a day wit some broscience equation . 5) I want everyone to know this guy is a troll and is fooling us all . Please listen to better channels like matt ogus , omar isuf , or even sebastian fitness solutions but not this king of broscience .

I think it depends on how much protein powder, how much peanut butter - not every scoop and every spoon is the same. Oats stayed completely dry - like eating bits of card board.
